Engineer II - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support and
enhance enterprise identity and privileged access solutions. This role is hands‑on
and engineering‑focused, contributing to the modernization of a legacy Cyber Ark
environment while supporting IAM services across on‑prem, SaaS, and hybrid
platforms. The engineer will work closely with senior IAM leaders to strengthen
security posture, improve audit readiness, and enable future‑state, cloud‑forward
IAM architecture.

+ Support and enhance IAM solutions for provisioning, authentication, governance, and privileged access
+ Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting SLAs
+ Participate in on‑call rotations and after‑hours support
+ Provide audit artifacts, evidence, and remediation support
Identity
Platform Engineering & Integration
+ Support integrations with Cyber Ark, Okta, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Active Directory, LDAP, and databases
+ Assist with onboarding applications into IAM platforms
+ Support SaaS migration and authentication initiatives
+ Perform system health checks, apply fixes, and implement monitoring
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
