Subcontract Administrator Associate - Early Career

Role Overview

Lockheed Martin is hiring for the Supply Chain Management team to support production line hardware deliveries.

• Status, manage, expedite, coordinate, and be accountable for ensuring all parts and hardware are delivered on time.
• Strategically forecast hardware delivery 120 days ahead and mitigate manufacturing impacts.
• Resolve supplier and engineering issues and implement proactive strategies for timely, compliant deliveries.
• Present to Senior Management regarding hardware shortages, delays, and recovery plans, including chart deck creation.
• Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders, monitor and expedite hardware deliveries, and address technical and quality issues at suppliers.
• Communicate with Lockheed Martin programs and the Southern Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC) buying team, and collaborate with the multifunctional team (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, Contract).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline from an accredited college.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
• Position located at a facility requiring special access.

• Procurement / global supply chain introductory experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multi‑task.

Government security clearance required; candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level:
Secret.

Full‑time, first shift.

Schedule:

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework possible, with work at the Lockheed Martin facility.
