51905 HROC LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive equipment uptime and process stability. In this role, you will analyze failure data, perform root cause analyses, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to improve asset reliability, optimize spare parts, and standardize maintenance procedures. This position will also define reliability KPIs, lead reliability-centered maintenance projects, and support capital projects to ensure long-term equipment performance, safety, and cost-effective plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to improve asset uptime
- Define and track reliability KPIs and metrics
- Optimize spare parts strategy and maintenance procedures
- Support reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement projects
- Contribute reliability input to capital projects and equipment design
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Document standards, procedures, and technical reports
