Position Summary

Global Concentrate Solutions (PGCS) is seeking an experienced contract Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead audit remediation activities at the Arlington, Texas manufacturing facility. This individual will serve as the site’s dedicated EHS audit remediation lead, coordinating the implementation, validation, documentation, and closure of corrective actions arising from EHS compliance and Global EHS Management System (GEHSMS) audits. The role will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and site leadership to establish clear ownership, maintain momentum, remove barriers, and ensure action plans are closed in accordance with requirements.

Program Scope

The position will support action plan closure across the following program areas:

Environmental Compliance

• Air permitting and emissions
• Stormwater management
• Wastewater management
• Hazardous waste and waste management
• Spill prevention and response
• EPCRA and Tier II reporting
• Environmental risk assessments

Occupational Safety

• Electrical safety and hazardous energy control
• Confined space entry
• Powered industrial trucks
• Working at height and fall protection
• Fire protection and machine guarding
• Hearing conservation and chemical safety
• Contractor safety and emergency preparedness

GEHSMS Management System Elements

• Change Management
• EHS Risk Assessment
• Permit to Work
• Competency, Training and Awareness
• Traffic Management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of EHS experience in manufacturing or process industries.
• Demonstrated success leading the closure of audit findings and supporting sustainable EHS improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements under 29 CFR 1910.
• Working knowledge of EPA regulatory programs and environmental compliance systems.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and Management of Change (MOC).
