Entertainment Lighting Supervisor

Overview

Six Flags Over Texas is seeking a skilled and driven Lighting Supervisor to lead lighting operations across multiple shows and venues within the park. This role oversees all lighting personnel, systems, and workflows, ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of entertainment offerings.

This is a part‑time role that works an average of 29 hours or less and pays $22/hour.

• Extensive experience in live lighting production (theme parks, theater, concerts, or events)
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with large‑scale or multi‑venue operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience supervising teams of 10+ technicians
• Background in themed entertainment or high‑volume show environments
• Familiarity with Grand
  
  MA, ETC, and networked lighting systems

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
