A&A Services Events is seeking event staff to start this weekend.
Pay rate is based on experience and job title.
We are in need of positive like-minded individuals who can handle a wide range of tasks.
Established in 2003, A&A Services Events is a leader in the Event Industry, with offices in Texas, Florida, New Jersey & New York.
Requirements- Exhibit an upbeat, friendly, fan‑service‑oriented attitude and actively look for ways to help people.
- Proactively assist guests and possess great guest‑relations skills.
- Ability to work positively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills: effectively convey information, give full attention to others, ask appropriate questions, and avoid interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Event staff must follow the dress code and maintain a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
- Event staff are required to make themselves available to work at least 70% of the scheduled events per month.
- Security & supervisors must hold a D security license or be able to obtain one upon employment.
- Speak clearly so others can understand, while being able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
- The position is highly active, requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and continuous stair climbing.
- Security and supervisor positions require the ability to bend, squat, and/or restrain guests in situations that require it.
- The role requires manual dexterity to handle, tear, and/or scan tickets for events. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus and read small print.
- Employees will be responsible for a wide range of duties within the event staff role during events and game operations, ultimately ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests entering the stadium.
- Hours include approximately 10–25 hours per week (hours may vary due to event schedule), mostly nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
- Event staff will greet and welcome guests as they enter the arena.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Event staff must understand and enforce all arena policies and procedures.
