Party Host ResponsibilitiesParty Host are responsible for welcoming and creating the party experience for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall party experience by their interactions that include providing accommodations and offering upgrade recommendations. Party Host may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. Party Hosts report directly to the managers of Altitude Trampoline Park.
- Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park’s philosophy
- Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties
- Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests
- Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests
- Organize and implement birthday activities
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Oversee and provide clean up following parties
- Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy
- Ensure that party sheets are completed both accurately and on time
- Assist and support front desk staff on all birthday related questions and concerns
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions
- Support sales and marketing plans in collaboration with management team
- Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines
- Provide or perform other services or duties as required by management
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced environment
