**** Your Responsibilities
**** In this role, you will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers. If you are a resourceful team player, with a positive, professional attitude, then we want you to join our team working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
**** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet customers warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries about products, services, and part availability.
* ** Expertly locate correct part numbers using company catalogs, manuals, and vendor resources for both known and unknown parts.
*** Assist walk-in and phone customers in troubleshooting their equipment needs and acquiring the proper equipment to get the job done.
* Actively participate in physical inventories and regular cycle counts.
* Execute the purchase and resale of items via the company purchase order (PO) system.
* Coordinate with vendors regarding receipts, packing slips, and order adjust
** Back up for:
*** Act as a reliable backup for the primary parts shipping and receiving clerk as needed
* Inspect, identify, and measure deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders, then store them in a prompt, organized manner.
* Efficiently identify, pick, count, package, and ship parts to customers and other company warehouse locations.

* Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
* Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
* Ability to read and understand manuals to help customers with finding parts.
** Your Qualifications
*** Minimum of 18 years of age.
* If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
* 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
* Ability to perform basic math calculations.
* Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
