This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arlington, TX, for a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers in the mortgage lending process by gathering and organizing required documents from clients, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with borrowers and underwriting teams. The role also includes managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that loan files are complete and submitted promptly.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on enhancing the customer experience are critical for this role.

• Knowledge of Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using loan origination software and general computer skills
• Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is an advantage
