We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our billing operations and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on the services/products provided.
• Review and verify billing data, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
• Monitor accounts receivable, assisting in the collection of outstanding invoices.
• Generate and analyze regular billing reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, providing professional and efficient resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with billing software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
