Ford of Arlington is seeking a motivated, experienced, and professional Finance Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales department, guiding customers through the financing process, and maximizing dealership profitability--all while ensuring full compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience.

- Assist customers with their financing needs by securing competitive rate quotes, working with lenders, and presenting loan terms clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners.
- Present and sell aftermarket products (extended warranties, GAP, protection plans) to drive profitability and support customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete all finance documentation and ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Prerequisites:
- Ability to quickly adapt and succeed through streamlined onboarding.
- 2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance (compensation based on experience).
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
