Description
You will be the Business Operations Sr Manager for the Finance & Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving financial and operational results for a major program or portfolio of programs, managing internal financial metrics and external performance reporting.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Business Operations Sr Manager you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence across the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and execute financial plans that align with program objectives and drive cost‑effective outcomes.
- Monitor internal financial metrics and produce external performance reports for senior leadership.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify operational improvements and implement best‑practice processes.
- Provide insight and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and earned‑value measurement.
- Lead performance reviews and communicate results to senior management.

LocationThis position is in Dallas.
Requirements- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience in aerospace/defense or complex program environments.
- 5+ years of people‑management experience overseeing finance professionals.
- Proven track record of financial stewardship for large defense program (>$500M).
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Management of multiple contracts/portfolios at the same time.
- Familiarity with OTAs.
- Competitive capture experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking & business acumen.
- Decision‑making under ambiguity.
- Collaborative stakeholder management.

The employee selected will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated facility.
