We are seeking a motivated intern to support our finance department, providing exposure to accounting principles and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- AR Assistance: Support accounts receivable, invoice reconciliation, and customer payments.
- Reconciliations & Reporting: Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
- Data & Audit Support: Perform data entry, maintain files, help organize documentation for audits, and perform other assorted office duties.
- Projects: Aid with financial research and budgeting tasks as needed.
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or similar.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of GAAP, and strong attention to detail.
- Attributes: High confidentiality and professional communication.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay.
- Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours (approx. 15-25 hours/week).
