You will be the Financial Mgmt for the PAC-3 Production Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Mgmt you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for the PAC-3 Production Program
* Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership
* Supporting program managers and IPT Leads with budgetary guidance
* Monitoring cost performance and identifying improvement opportunities

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Generally has 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
- Desire for continuous learning and a being part of an effective team
- Excellent Excel skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines Desired
Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
- Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
- Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC)) - Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) - Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
- Use of AI in a business environment Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
