Job Description

You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Operations ASC Manager for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) cost control team. Our team supports Global Supply Chain finance, interfaces with program personnel, provides leadership to finance analysts, and fosters a cost‑conscious culture.

As the Global Supply Chain Business Operations ASC Manager you will lead a diverse finance team, coordinate cost‑control activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting for the THAAD program area.

• Interface with program personnel and finance partners to align cost‑functional requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance reviews for GSC finance analysts.
• Plan and oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and Earned Value reporting.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion for subcontracts and material, and drive cost‑conscious decision‑making.
• Promote a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement across the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adept at Excel, SAP/SAP MRP and Material Sales Forecasting.
• Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.
• Commensurate experience with GSC Bus. Ops. Cost Control.
• Able to transfer knowledge via training and guidance to other team members.
• Experience with detailed financial analysis and providing management‑level recommendations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and organization skills.

• Experience supporting program with Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
• Experience with EFS.
• Superior Excel experience.

• Develops and utilizes forward‑looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making.
• Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
• Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
• Finance Experienced Professional.
