Tax Manager - CPA, Generalist, Tax Review Arlington, TX Full-Time On-Site

We are a local full service CPA with two locations in the Dallas area and have been in business for over 30 years. We are here to help make our clients lives a little easier and we are looking for candidates who share our mission to serve our clients!

Oversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectations calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations handle billing/wip management review returns and manage tax workflow coordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally build strong relationships and interact regularly with clients Responsible for strategy and growth of the firm's tax services, including identifying market trends, anticipating opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies/plans Serve and build relationships with clients, monitoring client service and value proposition, acting as trusted advisor to ensure we are a premium provider

At least 6 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation Experienced with both Individual and Business tax HNWI and/or Trust/Estate expertise is a huge plus Proven experience managing teams/engagements Proven success with business development and the ability to drive business CPA license M.S. in Taxation is preferred
