You will be the Financial Mgmt for the PAC-3 Production Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Mgmt you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for the PAC-3 Production Program
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership
- Supporting program managers and IPT Leads with budgetary guidance
- Monitoring cost performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Desired skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
- Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
- Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC)) - Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) - Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
- Use of AI in a business environment
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
