Program Finance Analyst

Job Overview

CAE is seeking a Financial Analyst to support defense and security programs. The analyst will gather, analyze, and report financial data to guide decisions and manage program costs and schedules.

• Maintain and update projects in Cobra using Earned Value techniques.
• Set up and maintain project IDs in Cost Point.
• Provide financial support and recommendations to Program and Control Account Managers.
• Assist with EAC updates per Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Compile and analyze financial information, record transactions, and prepare accurate reports.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue, profit, cash, and new orders.
• Support Senior Analysts with program tasks and analysis.
• Collaborate with finance team members, ensuring quality data before submission.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate cooperatively with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the organization’s success.
• Only U.S. citizens eligible for this role.
