Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
You will be the Senior Financial Analyst for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to guide leadership decisions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Establish and manage program cost baselines.
- Conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare EAC analysis and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on proposal actions and compliance checks.
- Support Engineering teams on workforce planning actions.
- Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
- Finance background in Defense Industry
- Supported Engineering & Technology from a business aspect
- Experience in proposal analysis
- Experience in SAP and Deltek Cobra financial tool sets
- Advanced Excel/database/reporting experience (including Power BI, Power Query, Tableau)

Citizenship & ClearanceMust be a U.S. citizen. This position requires ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
