Basic Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
- Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
You will be the Financial Analyst for the LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for delivering rigorous program finance, earned‑value management, and financial planning & analysis support to Program Finance Managers, Business Operations Senior Manager, and Program Management team.
What You Will Be Doing- Implementing program finance processes from proposal through contract execution and closeout, ensuring financial performance aligns with contractual obligations.
- Executing earned‑value management and reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR) to track cost and schedule performance.
- Producing monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual forecasts of Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash, and supporting long‑range financial planning.
- Preparing and presenting earned‑value and financial performance data to F&BO and program teams, and communicating results to leadership.
- Supporting ad‑hoc financial analysis requests and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to address financial issues and trends.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage challenging assignments.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting.
- Working knowledge of Cobra.
- Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
