Position Overview

As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will work in our Atlanta, Georgia Pardo location. Your role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a collaborative workplace, and expanding PNC’s customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations using outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow market share through differentiated experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on options for managing transactions through technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, maintaining sound judgment within established limits.
  • Show heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring completion in an efficient and accurate manner.
Qualifications
  • Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, and Identifying Opportunities.
  • Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales Competencies, Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Prospecting, Retail Lending, Selling, and Understanding Customer Needs.

Work Experience:

3+ years in a similar role or equivalent. A bachelor’s or associate degree (or equivalent education, certification, or military service) is required. No specific licenses or certifications are required.

Background checks required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
