We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide financial leadership and support continued growth within a dynamic organization. This role will lead financial planning and analysis while partnering closely with executive and operational leadership to improve business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support key business decisions.
- Work closely with operational leaders to understand performance, identify trends, and drive improved results.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze financial and operational results, including trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide clear and actionable financial guidance to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Support long-term planning and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operating efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
- Partner with Accounting and other functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Support executive leadership on strategic projects and other finance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working within a multi-location or multi-site organization.
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with operations and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics.
- Ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in a growing organization.
