As an Incident Response SME, you’ll bring your strategic planning, tactical response, risk mitigation, and defense mission expertise to work alongside thought leaders inCBRN defense and resilience framework son projects forthe client. You will leverage your skills in incident response planning, scenario development, crisis management, and cross-domain collaboration to address challenges in theINDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Work with us to help develop, implement, and assess complex incident response plans and readiness exercises, ensuring resilience in the face of natural disasters, biological hazards, and terrorism.

Qualifications – Required- Experience developing and implementing incident response plans targeting natural disasters, biological hazards, or emergent threats
- Knowledge ofcrisis management principles, tactical and strategic preparedness frameworks, and incident response planning methodologies
- Ability to coordinate and execute high-impact readiness exercises across multi-domain environments, including international and partner nation engagements in the INDOPACOM AOR
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience advising high-level leadership in defense-focused operational resilience and CWMD-related initiatives
- Knowledge of Combatant Command operations processes and CWMD doctrine
- Ability to integrate cross-agency inputs into comprehensive plans and deliver actionable intelligence-backed recommendations
- Master’s degree in a related field such as Military Studies, Emergency Response, or Risk Management

Secret clearance is required.
Salary range: $ to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
