• Utilize goal setting and proven guest experience system to achieve goals in color percentage, average ticket and production per hour
• Educate guests on which services and products will solve their personal hair concerns
• Explain how to use salon technology, such as scheduling software and credit card machines
• Put the guest experience above all else and see things from the guest’s point of view
• Confidently discuss salon events, promotions and encourage future appointments and retail purchases
• Call guests who have not visited recently and invite them back
• Offer support to guests or team members when necessary
• Leverage educational opportunities and apply them accordingly
• Be flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and maintain a positive attitude

• Go above and beyond for each guest by educating them as to what services and products will solve their personal hair concerns
