Key responsibilities include ensuring the "Arch Amenities Group Experience" for guests, adhering to policies, performing facials, nail, waxing, and body services, maintaining cleanliness, and understanding and using universal precautions when providing services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by the state, previous esthetician and nail technician experience, customer service experience, ability to build rapport with guests, excellent customer service skills, and a professional manner.
