We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Territory Manager with a strong background in healthcare and specialized knowledge in radiology is a plus. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through sales while also supporting marketing initiatives to increase visibility and market penetration. The ideal candidate is a hungry, go-getter who thrives in building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and bringing energy and creativity to both sales and marketing strategies.
Compensation:
Ca. $70,000 base salary plus commission plan based on sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology practices.
- Build and nurture relationships with radiologists, technologists, department leaders, and healthcare executives.
- Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach — with a hunter’s mentality.
- Create campaigns, presentations, and materials tailored to radiology clients.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical discussions to radiology stakeholders.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, conferences, and digital campaigns to generate leads.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field is a plus.
- 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in radiology, imaging, medical devices and staffing experience.
- Experience in marketing campaigns, messaging, or customer outreach within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of radiology workflows, imaging modalities, and healthcare IT systems.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, and relentless — a true go-getter with a passion for winning.
- Ability to travel within the territory as required.
- Experience selling radiology equipment, imaging software, or diagnostic services.
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS, AI in radiology, or healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Strong personal network within radiology departments or imaging centers.
