Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities- Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
- Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity while maintaining quality care as residents’ needs change.
- Provides consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume the role of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
- Assists in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and Caregivers; provides ongoing training and education through classroom in‑services and situation-specific training, and manages associates’ schedules.
- Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration; conducts periodic Medication Associate skill inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Shares on‑call duties as required.
- Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- LPN or LVN license.
