• You will be responsible for the direction, business development, marketing physician relations, and community outreach.
• You will direct all departments and financial functions connected with the day-to-day management of the entity.
• You will consult with medical staff members and remain fully informed regarding the views of the medical staff as to the quality of medical practice and patient care within the dedicated service lines.
• You will oversee the planning, control, and effective utilization of the physical, financial and human resources of the service lines.
• You will maintain awareness of the current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace and ensure that the entity has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives.
• You will ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are met for the operation of the service lines.
• You will conduct competitor and market analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
• A minimum of four(4) years of experience in overseeing the operations of similar services required.
