Job Description
The ATE Pod Lead serves as the onsite leadership resource for a designated pod of ATE Support Staff during Epic go‑live and stabilization. This role is responsible for coordinating daily ATE activities, acting as the escalation point for issues, and serving as the primary liaison between ATE staff, project leadership, and client stakeholders.
Pod Leads ensure consistent coverage, high‑quality support delivery, and alignment with project goals while providing VIP‑level support to providers and department leadership. [Training ATE Project | One Note]
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a pod of ATE Support Staff (clinical or business)
- Serve as the primary escalation point for workflow, system, and staffing issues
- Provide direct ATE support to providers and staff as needed, especially for complex workflows
- Act as a VIP support contact for providers and department leadership
- Partner with project leadership and service delivery managers on daily operations
- Participate in daily huddles, status check‑ins, and issue tracking
- Identify trends, risks, and training gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure ATE coverage aligns with clinic workflows and go‑live priorities
- Support go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live stabilization activities

- Strong Epic ambulatory workflow experience (clinical or business, depending on pod)
- Prior ATE, go‑live, or healthcare IT leadership experience
- Experience supporting providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Proven ability to lead teams in high‑pressure environments
- Strong communication, organization, and escalation management skills
