Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8/9AM - 12:30/1:30PM

Member needs hands‑on assistance with limited standing and walking, including support with safe transfers and mobility around the home. This role is best for a caregiver who is patient, attentive, and comfortable providing steady physical support while encouraging safe independence. The home is shared with two roommates, so the caregiver should be respectful of shared spaces, maintain privacy, and communicate professionally.

• Assist with safe standing, walking support, and transfers (bed/chair/restroom as needed)
• Fall prevention and safety monitoring during movement around the home

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Toileting assistance and incontinence care if needed

• Meal preparation, light cooking, and cleanup
• Encourage hydration and regular meals (as directed by member preferences/care plan)

• Tidy shared areas used by the member, sweep/mop as needed, wipe surface
• Laundry support (wash/dry/fold/put away) and linen changes
• Trash removal and basic home organization to reduce trip hazards

• Grocery or essential‑item shopping and errands as needed
• Driving may be required if errands/shopping are part of the care plan and caregiver is approved to transport
