US Oncology Network is seeking a Scheduler to join Texas Oncology in Arlington, TX. This full-time position supports patient appointments and tests, coordinates referrals, and serves as a liaison between patients and clinic staff. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Scheduler will handle incoming calls, enter scheduling in the EMR, obtain insurance authorization, collect co-pays, and assist with pre-certifications as needed. Privacy and compliance are emphasized.
