At Concho Hearts Hospice, we believe spiritual and emotional support are just as essential as medical care. We’re looking for a PRN Chaplain who feels called to walk alongside patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments.

As a PRN Chaplain, you’re not just offering prayers or words of comfort; you’re a steady presence of compassion. You’ll meet patients and families where they are, offering hope, peace, and understanding in every encounter. This role allows you to make a profound difference on a flexible schedule while being part of a team that truly values heart over routine.

• A compassionate, grounded individual with experience in pastoral care, counseling, or hospice ministry.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• The ability to support patients and families of all faiths and backgrounds.
• A heart for service and a willingness to collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
