Millwood's caring, and multidisciplinary staff has successfully provided inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency care to children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults since 1971. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Receptionist handles various clerical duties and projects as assigned and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts if assigned as well as maintain the Receptionist schedule and serve as back up as needed.
Work hours:PRN Evening Hours, Monday - Friday (3:30 p.m.

Qualifications Requirements:Education

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience
:
Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line phone system, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Additional Requirements
:
May be required to work occasional overtime, weekends and/or flexible hours.
