Trains, leads and serves as a resource to other fulfillment technicians. Supports pharmacy management by assisting in daily operational workflow and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to meet business needs.

* ** Essential Job Functions (include the following):
*** Consistently perform all activities and duties of Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician II at above standard performance levels.
* Schedule Fulfillment Technician staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow while minimizing overtime time as appropriate.
* Work with Fulfillment Supervisor/Manager to evaluate workflow processes and help implement changes as necessary to meet deadlines
* Ensure all medications are complete and accurate prior to scheduled departures with sufficient time for the medications to be prepared for courier delivery
* Prioritize and assign workflow to each Fulfillment Technician. Monitor both productivity and accuracy.
* Participate in training the Fulfillment staff to ensure Fulfillment technicians are fully trained on assigned workflow area and processes within established time period.
* Serve as subject matter expert and departmental resource in the majority of fulfillment workflows.
* In coordination with Director of Operations, provide input on performance evaluations.
* Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders.
* Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles, assisting in physical inventory, and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order.
* Consistently exceed pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
* Lead by example in all areas of role and supporting the non-negotiable attributes; attitude, dependability, commitment, productivity, efficiency, and upholding policies, and procedures
* Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed.
* Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications.
