Texas Oncology is looking for an Surgical Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team! This full-time position will support the Texas Urology Specialists Arlington location. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:0am-5:00pm with no weekends or major holidays!
This position will be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate experience.

Under supervision or in collaboration with surgical attending physicians, the Surgical Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers care in an outpatient clinic setting or a combination of outpatient clinic and hospital/operating room (hybrid) setting. This role focuses on the evaluation, education, and longitudinal management of patients undergoing surgical care; including but not limited to surgical consultation, pre‑operative preparation, hospital/intraoperative assistance (hybrid role only), and post‑operative follow‑up.

The APP functions as a direct caregiver, patient educator, first assist in the OR (hybrid role only), and care coordinator; ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care across the surgical continuum.

• Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients referred for surgical evaluation.
