Member is a young child who needs a patient, attentive caregiver to provide close supervision and hands-on support with daily routines. Caregiver should be comfortable assisting with communication needs, supporting structured activities, and helping with personal care due to incontinence. The right caregiver will be calm, consistent, and able to follow a routine while using simple, supportive communication strategies. Member lives in a busy household with family present, so professionalism and teamwork with the family are important.
Member is in a smoking environment. Skills that help in this role include: experience with children, strong patience, ability to redirect behaviors safely, clear communication, reliability, and comfort providing personal care and hygiene assistance.

Note:
We prefer caregivers who live within 30 minutes of the member’s location.
- Supervision & safety monitoring during daily routines and activities
- Personal care assistance (toileting support and incontinence care, hygiene, handwashing, bathing support as needed)
- Dressing and grooming support appropriate for age and routine
- Meal prep and feeding support as needed (basic, child-appropriate meals/snacks)
- Light housekeeping related to care (tidying care areas, cleaning up after meals/activities, laundry assistance as related to the member)
- Support with communication using simple prompts, repetition, and routine-based guidance
- Activity engagement (structured play, calming activities, routine-based tasks)
- Medication reminders only (no administration unless authorized per program rules)
