Licensed Psychologist – Outpatient Clinic

Arlington, TX (In-Person)

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00

Next STEPS Worldwide is a fast‑growing multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing high-quality mental health and nutrition services for individuals of all ages. We use a client-centered, evidence-based approach with licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and support specialists working together to deliver holistic, results-driven care.

• Work‑Life Balance:
  Monday‑Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Fridays are allocated for administrative tasks.
• Supportive, Multidisciplinary Environment:
  Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and support staff.

• Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver services using evidence‑based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic.
• Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy.

• Education:
  
  Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
  Active license to practice as a psychologist in Texas.
• Experience:
  
  Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Annual salary with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000.
