Member needs reliable morning support with day-to-day caregiving tasks to help maintain comfort, safety, and a smooth start to the day. Caregiver should be confident working in a busy family home environment and able to provide calm, organized assistance while respecting privacy and household routines. The ideal caregiver is dependable, patient, attentive to detail, and able to follow a care plan while communicating clearly with the member and family as needed.

Note:

We are seeking a caregiver who is relatively close (ideally no more than a 30-minute drive).

Duties will be based on the service plan and may include:

• Personal care assistance (as authorized): hygiene support, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility & safety support
  : assistance with safe movement and fall-prevention awareness as needed
• Meal support
  : simple meal prep, serving meals, and basic kitchen clean-up
• Light housekeeping
  : tidying the care area, sweeping/mopping as needed, dishes, trash removal, and laundry assistance
• Medication reminders (reminders only, as permitted by the care plan)
• Observation & reporting
  : communicate changes or concerns to the agency per policy
• Companionship
  : supportive presence and respectful conversation while maintaining professional boundaries
