The beautiful Double Tree by Hilton Crystal City is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team! This 627‑room property is half a mile south of The Pentagon near I‑395 and the Pentagon City Metro station is only a three‑block walk away!
This position reports to the Complex Director of Food and Beverage and will supervise as many as 24 front‑of‑house team members per shift. In this role, you will be a hands‑on leader who spends most of their time on the floor touching tables/interfacing with team members!
Ideal candidates for the position will possess a minimum of one year restaurant general manager experience in a sales‑driven establishment or previous multi‑outlet/hotel food and beverage experience, with an emphasis on beverage sales.

Responsibilities- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
