- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
- Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
- Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
- Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- Basic English skills preferred.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
- Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
