We Celebrate and Enhance All Lives with Kindness & Integrity Highlights of the Director of Housekeeping Position:
- Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality and a home-like environment for Residents
- Trains Associates on the systems, equipment use, housekeeping and cleaning standards to include chemical usage.
- Implements cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments, laundry, kitchen and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks
- Performs housekeeping tasks and laundry services when needed
- Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
