Four months ago, we expanded our Technology Search Practice into the Dallas market—and it’s been an exciting ride! With new client partnerships already in place, we’re looking to add another full-desk Technology Recruiter to help us continue building momentum.

Coda Search, headquartered in NYC, has spent the last 14 years building strong relationships with elite Quantitative Trading and Investment Management firms, as well as fast-growing startups disrupting AI, Fin Tech, and Health Tech. We work on high-profile searches across areas like:

  • ML Engineering & Quant Research
  • Software Engineering Leadership & IT Leadership
  • Software & Data Engineering (IC-level)
  • Technical Program & Product Management

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients (Fortune 500 & startups)
  • Drive outbound business development to bring in new clients
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple platforms
  • Stay current on hiring trends by attending industry events and leveraging research tools
  • Contribute ideas and strategies that fuel team and company growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in full-desk, permanent placement recruiting
  • 2+ years’ business development experience in the Texas market
