Bilingual HR Assistant

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant. This position will support daily human resources functions while providing administrative assistance across a variety of HR activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with employees at all levels, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily human resources operations and provide administrative support for department initiatives and projects.
  • Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication, ensuring questions are addressed or routed appropriately.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and properly stored within HR systems and shared electronic folders.
  • Review and update HR-related documents, including forms, policies, procedures, and position descriptions, to support consistency and compliance.
  • Organize, upload, and manage employee files and HR records within electronic document management systems.
  • Build positive relationships with employees by maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility and supporting employee engagement efforts.
  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and external partners while providing professional front-desk support.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, assist with data entry and reporting activities, and support general administrative functions for the HR team.
  • Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, human resources, or office support role required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and interacting with employees across various departments.
