Position: Talent Acquisition/ Onboarding

Join Our Team as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition/ Onboarding in Dallas! Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring goals.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with offer preparation and support final offer negotiations.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding‑related activities and issues.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed, compliant, and properly filed.
  • Send new hire welcome packets including payroll forms, I-9s, benefits information, and company policies.
  • Coordinate pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals (if applicable).
  • Prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Professional Requirements
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding compliance, and hiring best practices.
