The Position
- An Interim Project Manager, Talent Acquisition, is needed to serve as an interim technical resource and HR business analyst supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives within a large healthcare environment.
- The Interim Project Manager will provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Talent Acquisition implementation, translating TA business needs and workflows into system functionality.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and support successful system adoption.
- This leader will develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials to support TA teams and end users.
- Assist with implementation activities by aligning technology solutions with efficient, standardized recruiting processes.
- This opportunity is expected to last approximately 12-18 months.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong project management skills are required.
- Oracle Implementation experience is required.
- Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
