Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role utilizes external applicant tracking systems to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
Responsibilities- Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline
- Post job openings on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct screenings to assess fit
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting for management review
- Entry-level experience in recruitment
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong candidate screening abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
