We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Contractor with extensive experience in identity management and security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sailpoint Identity

IQ, which is a critical requirement for this role. You will be responsible for implementing and managing identity governance solutions to enhance our cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Design, implement, and manage Sailpoint Identity
  
  IQ solutions to support identity governance and administration.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess and improve identity management processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, providing timely responses and remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Sailpoint Identity
  
  IQ functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.

• Strong expertise in Sailpoint Identity
  
  IQ, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Proven experience in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security incident response.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Familiarity with other identity management tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
• Experience with cloud security and identity management in cloud environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity management.
• Proven track record of successful Sailpoint Identity
  
  IQ implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
