Overview
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Leverage Pega Decisioning tools (Pega Customer Decision Hub) to define and implement decision strategies for customer engagement, marketing, and service optimization.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Leverage Pega Decisioning tools (Pega Customer Decision Hub) to define and implement decision strategies for customer engagement, marketing, and service optimization.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
- Drive the architecture of Pega applications with a focus on decision management and business rules.
- Must have 10+ years hands-on experience.
- Must have Telecom experience.
- Experience on CDH implementing NBX/NBA is a plus.
