We are looking for a skilled Vision
PLUS Business Analyst with strong experience in card and payment processing systems. The ideal candidate should have 5–7years of overall experience in Vision
PLUS products, including at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience working on Vision
PLUS V8.3x versions. The role involves requirement gathering, business analysis, system support, and coordination with development and business teams in a mainframe environment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Vision
PLUS applications. - Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to support payment card processing solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Support Vision
PLUS modules and related card management functionalities. - Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Perform impact analysis, defect tracking, and production support activities.
- Participate in UAT testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Support batch processing, transaction flows, and system integration activities in mainframe environments.
- Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models and support project documentation activities.
- 6–8 years of overall experience in Vision
PLUS product suite. - Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in Vision
PLUS V8.3x version. - Strong understanding of card processing and banking systems.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies including:
- COBOL
- CICS
- JCL
- DB2
- VSAM
- DFSORT
- Easytrieve
- File Manager
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and business process documentation.
- Knowledge of batch processing and transaction-based systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC, testing lifecycle, and production support processes.
- Experience in credit card or financial services domain projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Prior experience in system migration, enhancements, or modernization projects is preferred.
