IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Communicating up and down the stack – interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services
- Leading the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business needs
- Support the assessment of the program scope and supporting technology capabilities to drive modernization activities
- Build and develop effective relationships with different IT and product teams to find opportunities to increase business value while modernizing our technology solutions
- Create effective program processes and think out of the box to deliver value quickly while managing costs strategically
- Document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote program strategy and communicate progress
- Support the IT Delivery group in planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. as it relates to program goals
- Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond
- Champion the financials of assigned programs, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program
- Conform with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 7-10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles required
- Experience in managing technology modernization project teams using a variety of supporting technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy
- Strong understanding of program and project management practices and demonstration of essential supporting soft skills
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Ability to identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PMP certification preferred
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
